September 7, 1990 - Uniondale Neighborhood Center launches “Button Sales” fundraiser to help support their mission.

April 19, 1990 – Almost four years after its debut as a community organization in September of 1986 Uniondale Neighborhood Center successfully acquires property at 800 Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale.
New York State determines that Uniondale Neighborhood Center is an NYS Charity
March 4, 1990 – Another milestone has been gained as Uniondale Neighborhood Center is approved an NYS Charity.

September 6, 1988 – Uniondale Neighborhood Center takes necessary steps that lead to formalize its legal structure as a public corporation to benefit the Uniondale community.
