Byrne Community Center\n925 Uniondale Ave.\, Uniondale\, NY 11553 \nJoin the fun with family-friendly craft activities including painting a rock\, making a card\, creating a paper roll character\, and more. \nIn addition to craft items that can be taken home\, participants are asked to make and donate one completed craft project as a community service project. Suggested donations include a painted rock for a community garden or a creative object or card to be shared with patients in a local nursing home. \nParents are asked to attend with children at this family event. \n\nVolunteer Information\nOlder high school students are welcome to volunteer to assist during all or part of the craft day or help with preparation of materials prior to May 2nd.
