In today’s fast-paced world, many individuals face challenges such as the elimination of physical education in schools, demanding work schedules, or health issues that limit participation in athletic activities. Dance to Health is designed to address these concerns by offering engaging dance classes for adults, teens, and children. Our program not only provides a fun and enjoyable pastime but also fosters self-confidence, mathematical skills through rhythm, appreciation for dance history, team building, and an understanding of the science behind body movement and motion.

• The program encourages teens to engage in at least 45 minutes to an hour of daily physical activity for optimal health and well-being.
• Adult Hip Hop Fusion classes empower participants by boosting self-confidence, motivating those who need encouragement, and improving energy levels through high-energy routines.
• Choreographed dance routines target abdominal muscles, quadriceps, calves, and engage the entire body. The diverse music selection ranges from reggae and R&B to hip-hop.
• Participants will gain a greater appreciation for the history and evolution of dance, understanding its deep roots in modern art, music, and its impact on contemporary culture.

Lisa is an experienced and passionate dance instructor dedicated to sharing her love for dance with students of all ages and skill levels.
