This workshop highlights the transformative role of art in providing a safe space for clients to explore trauma creatively. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the impact of intergenerational trauma and its history within the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community.  The workshop will explore how unresolved trauma manifests in daily life and how art can be a powerful tool for self-exploration and healing. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with practical strategies to support clients in the early stages of healing and facilitate meaningful conversations about intergenerational trauma and its effects on interpersonal relationships.
