Mental Health First Aid Course

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone
experiencing a mental health-related crisis. You’ll learn about risk factors and warning signs for mental health
concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

The professionally guided training will be held in person over two separate evenings.

Part 1: Guided Training – Tuesday, April 9, 2024 6:00 – 8:30 pm
Part 2: Guided Training – Tuesday, April 16, 2024 6:00 – 8:30 pm
